Solution Overview

For a new startup company that has not purchased a PBX yet, it can use WaveTramp's WPBX product as a tranditional PBX (can serve up to 48 employees) with all the major PBX functions such as calling fowarding, call hold, call transfer, intercom etc. In addtional to tranditional PBX functions, it can also offer multi-channel mobile extensions

When use WPBX as a mobile extension, comparing with tranditional multi-channel FWT, WPBX200 offers more flexibilities. For example, you can mix both GSM and CDMA cards on the same devices, this will be useful if your region has both network (common in Asia Pacific, North America and Africa)

In Gahna, there is a new company just started. It purchased a WaveTramp's WPBX 4420 through a local reseller. It has 4 GSM wireless channels for least cost routing and 4 FXO to connect PSTN and 20 FXS for the employees' extensions.

While having all the major tranditional PBX functions, it also can enjoy the saving from intelligent call routing features provided by wireless interfaces. The web-based management console allow the office manager to configure the calling rules such as priority line, restricted # etc.
